When they get your phone, they check the condition of it and you can track the status of what’s happening anytime by viewing your account.

At the moment, over 700 different models are accepted and they’ll even give you money if your phone isn’t working.

If your phone works, it will usually be sent to a developing country to be reused. If it doesn’t work, the useful components are removed and reused, so either way, you’re doing your bit to help the environment and earning extra cash.
